Hi, I seem to be consuming a similar amount, my calorie intake should be 1200 per day but I seem to eat under 1000 calories in a day. I don't feel hungry enough to eat snacks in between my meals and I do try to drink more fluids. :)

People cheat for all sorts of reasons and its not always because they're unhappy. The water does help to hydrate you and flush your system out which in turn helps to keep your body in working order. Its supposed to help keep your brain allert but in all honesty, all I end up doing is going to the loo every minute of the day AND night :(

This is a difficult situation and I do feel for you. I think that although you are having to taste all your foods, think about your main meals and try to keep them as low fat as possible and reduce your main meal calorie intake. When I was on holiday, I had vodka and diet or sugar free cola. Also best advice is to go for lots of walks and be as active as possible but don't beat yourself up if things go slightly off track, your on holiday so have fun :)

I've not long got back from Disneyland Paris with my boyfriend. Every outfit I had just made me look fatter than I was and because of all the walking, my feet just ached and ached and I have put this down to my weight.
