I know drinking lots of water has helped me!!!! I cut out sugars and sodas!!!!! Instead I drink water and always about 15 min prior to a meal. I also have found sucking on sugar free peppermint candies has helped me too. Eventually your body will be trained to eat when it is supposed to and what you are supposed to!! Hang…

My menu for Super Bowl is so wrong, but I am only one on a diet sadly. I think the only healthy thing on my menu is the vegetable tray. Oh since my team is not playing......go Seahawks.

Well I would love to be a size 4 again, but healthy wise I should be happy to be an 8 or 10 . Funny years ago size 12 was sexy now it is considered overweight.

I have one that is yummy, nutritious and low cal. Servings 2 2 chicken breasts (skinless) season with mrs. dash chipolte seasoning and pepper brown lightly in a skillet on both sides. Pour Salsa over the chicken, cover and simmer until chicken is done Serve over brown rice Serve with a salad
