This holiday is the worst for me for candy too. But my problem isn't cadbury eggs, it's jelly beans!!! OMG, my favorite candy ever. Those reese's eggs are pretty good too! And ever since valentine's day was over I've been seeing them in every single sale ad!

Wow, I never considered that my ears could be small. I guess maybe they are haha. I didn't know there were different sizes available either. Hopefully that will help. Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll check them out!

I've never had miracle noodles - the warning about the smell, rinsing, and drying in order to actually eat them put me off. Have you ever tried spaghetti squash? I use that as a replacement for noodles. It's great with marinara or pesto or just some garlic and parm!

My list gets longer and longer every time I go there because everything I try is really good :) Champagne pear vinaigrette salad dressing - by produce Chicken chili lime burgers - frozen Frozen wild blueberries Rice cakes Almond milk Corn puffs - both white cheddar and sour cream and onion Mango chicken sausages…

Thanks! I think I'll try them out tomorrow!

I believe the cream of tartar helps to add volume and stiffen the egg whites. I've heard you can use lemon juice instead and there are also recipes that don't use either. Egg beaters or liquid egg whites do not work for meringues (says so on the carton I think) but splenda shouldn't be a problem.

I never liked oatmeal either. The texture seemed weird and slimy. I tried it again a couple months ago and love it now. The brand I get is Better Oats Oat Revolution. I believe it is all natural ingredients, and says 'old fashioned instant oatmeal'. I have liked every flavor I've tried, especially the Blueberry Muffin. I…

Pumpkin Yogurt is also very good for digestion because of the cultures in it, although it is not a high fiber food I eat lots of high fiber foods and some affect my body more than others, specifically beans, hummus, broccoli and pears. I did have lentil soup one time and thought I was going to literally explode after, it…

I got the New Balance N4 for Women from Target. It was about $69. Has a chest strap and lots of features.

Trader Joe's Champagne Pear Vinaigrette is the best salad dressing I've ever had. I hope they never stop making it! Think it's 45 cals for 2TB. I think in regular grocery stores they carry a similar one in the produce section, but I'm not sure of the brand. I also like Wishbone Light Sweet & Spicy French - maybe 50 cals…

I got one about a month ago. Although I would loose pretty consistently anyway I just wanted to know what I was burning. With getting a more accurate count of my calories burned, my weight loss per week has been up almost another 1/2 pound.

I also bought a New Balance from Target a few weeks ago for $69. I initially didn't want to spend that much, but figured I would rather pay a little bit more for one that is more accurate with a few more features I want. I love it!

I love this! The only reason there is flax in my fridge as well! Try it using 2 tablespoons of pumpkin instead of the other options of yogurt/oil/butter, and of course, add pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Yum!

Made this last night and it was awesome! I used 2 tsp of of crushed red pepper flakes and it definitely had a little kick to it! I also used enough chicken to get 6 servings out of it. Added strips of onion and red peppers, some sugar snap peas and some broccoli. I will be making this again for sure! Thanks for the recipe!

I posted this recipe the other day for Chocolate Meringues. Delicious! They don't use a sugar substitute, but per cookie are relatively low. I would even try it again using less sugar because they are pretty sweet! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/197187-double-chocolate-meringues-19-cals-per-cookie

I had never tasted meringues before and I am really surprised how yummy and rich they are! They do not taste like a low calorie substitute for a treat! These were super easy to make too! I think next time I will even try using 1/3 cup of sugar instead of 1/2 because they are pretty sweet.

Just something else to add in addition to the other posts already... Next time you are in that type of situation in a restaurant, you can request they cook your food a certain way even if it doesn't specify that on the menu. If the menu says the chicken is fried, ask for it grilled, ask for the dressings/sauces/condiments…

In November I had McDonald's Big Mac and fries for the first time in almost a year and it was cold, greasy and really disappointing! Last month I had one of those Snickers PB Squared, didn't make me go over on cals or numbers for the day, but it was such a let down! I love those Cherry Hostess Pies mentioned already, and…

Yes!! Lots of people experience this. It is just because your feet are in that same position for so long. It gets better the more you do it. Either pause the machine and lift your feet off the steps and kinda stretch them out, or go slower and lift your feet up off the step when it goes up. That is always what I do and it…

I mix maybe about a half a cup of plain non fat greek yogurt with a tablespoon of sugar free dry pudding mix - whatever flavor you want. I've also done it adding in some pumpkin and spices, or some chopped up fruit or nuts for a garnish. It is more like a mousse though, and I haven't ever tried freezing it for an ice cream…

I have experienced the same thing, noticing a lot more looks and more flirting since I have lost some weight. I think you need to give men a little more credit though. Did you consider maybe they are paying more attention to you because you may have more confidence and pride in yourself as you have lost weight?

These are so good! Except I use cooking spray instead of olive oil. Make sure to leave them in long enough to get crispy! I've heard some people dip them in ketchup like fries, but I like mine with vinegar.

I was leaving the gym a month ago and smelled some fried fast food. I looked over at the gym office right by the front door, and there was the manager eating burger king! Which by the way is right next door, along with 4 other restaurants and a bar.

I just made a version of these. I used: Betty Crocker Butter Pecan cake mix 1 can of pumpkin 2/3 cup of water 2 egg whites 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp baking powder The recipe made 24 normal to small size muffins with 93 calories, 2 g fat, 1 g protein, 19 carbs, 1 g fiber and 10 g sugar per muffin. Don't know if you've already gone or not, but I love their frozen chili lime chicken burgers and the champagne pear vinaigrette salad dressing!

I make something like this all the time! It's a great time saver to make it once a week and be able to have quick eggs in the morning. They keep fine in the fridge for the week. Usually I use 4 eggs and 4-6 egg whites. And I always use spinach, sometimes mushrooms, peppers, onions, turkey sausage or canadian bacon and I…
