Hi, thanks for the info. You are right, i think, slow and steady! The bad eating and extra weight went on over years, so it has to be tackled carefully and not too fast. I like that you allow yourself 1 'cheat' meal, and 2 deserts a week. Altogether really hopeful and inspiring. Thanks, Ros

Yes, I reckon it's a good idea to keep to eating the foods you mentioned, the healthier option, that fuels the body, and provides, minerals, vitamins, and keeps nasty diseases away..whilst having the so called yummy stuff as a treat once in a while..! or much less often.
