hi, I'm really no expert, but from what I've read on here..it might be because you are not eating enough, and then binge. If you had enough food to keep you well and healthy, but just under so you lose weight gradually..that might stop not see-sawing..all the best,R

Hi, add me!! too!! turning 47 this yr, looking at 50!! Feel great..just want to lose some weight, and get fit and look slim! Been on here for awhile, up and down, but today..started a real real plan to DO this!! 50 is a fantastic time, from what I see from friends!!

Hi, guess it's the one step at a time, to reach 1000 miles! Been trying to lose weight for a while, it's v.slow..so I guess I am over-estimating my food intake. so might get some scales...mmm Been walking since December, feel a definite improvement.. I like art, art galleries..but can enjoy a swim, or soon will try (again)…

My favourite dinner at the moment is white rice, white fish and a sauce: mushrooms sautéed, half a stock cube, then add low calorie crème fraiche - a dash of lemon but it does not need it.
