Yes, I am struggling with losing weight and can exercise!! Gosh, lost two pounds, and it kinda felt like losing 1 stone when I was younger!! The effort! Well, it might be a doddle for some, a struggle for others!

Just for today, I will go for a walk, do some stretches/pilates type thing, and be happy.

dahl ( red lentils) are great..and you cannot beat really a veg curry..as suggested, try adding reduced fat coconut milk if you want.

Oh, and as for exercise extra calories, mfp people seem to recommend eating back half the extra. Best wishes.

ok, I'm not very good at this..but eat within the calorie amount per day recommended by mfp..and start moving..walking, cardio, weights.. Me neither, not losing easy the weight..but I've been guessing my potions, and can't find scales to check my weight either..but those people that do...prove by photos etc that this can…

Hi, also I have the exact same issue..night time, almost sleep-walking to that kitchen!! Thinking of half piece of toast..and marmalade or marmite..or a Satsuma/tangerine..as although a piece of fruit never seems enough, the other day, it was just perfect to my surprise!! Or train myself to just have a cup of tea or coffee…

Hi, sorry to hear about your dad..i really love mine too. Don't worry..about diet! There's loads of opinions and advice on mfp. A lot of people say just have what you want, but keep within the calorie limit..and begin again to get fit, exercising..some eat back half the extra calorie allowance earnt from sport. I guess…

don't know..but how about a yoghurt-based dressing..? with half-fat/low fat crème fraiche ? with added pepper, and lemon zest or similar?

Don't know!! now began running, exercising in general...but trying not to lose weight too fast, so that the skin gently goes back into place..but as for stomach..well, it would be, I guess, all over body=fat reduction, and some floor exercises, and taken up home belly dancing..u tube..check it out..fun!
