I am currently at 136, but I would LOVE to reach my ultimate goal of 125! I really want to do this by June 20th (the day I go to Hawaii!) Any suggestions to help with weight loss? I seem to have hit a rut! :/

keep plenty of apples, oranges, banannas, protein bars, and nuts around...none of these things have to be kept cold and are filling. :) Good luck!!

Ilovegrove...I did start last night!! yay! I was thoroughly impressed with myself when I finished because I thought I was about to die during the side lunges lol. Yes, you do the same workout all of week one...I'm going to shoot for 6 days a week. Are you sore today?? I AM! :)

OHHH Me too!! I have the same problem as you! I LOVE carbs ;) Lately, I've been trying oatmeal and a bananna or a bagel thin and yogurt and they keep me satisfied.
