  • Try making your sneakers looser, when you work out your feet actually swell a little. When I started running I would tie my shoes really tight and I actually ended up hurting my self.   • My half marathon was on a Sunday so the Monday b4 I did 10, Wednesday I ran 8 and then Friday I ran 5 and I was completely fine. After I took took about 2 days off then I think I ran about 3 miles. I didn't train nearly as much as you, I think the most I ran in 1 week was about 20 miles. Good for you! Good Luck!
