Hello all! My name is Sherita. I am 36 and live in Oklahoma. I'm a busy full time workin' single mom. I've been a MFP user for approximately 3 years. You can do the 5 really big miles in any order, or go all the way for one big long workout. Each mile is a separate segment. Miles 1 & 5 are around15 minutes long, miles 2 & 4 incorporate strength training and mile 3 is a fast-paced 12 minute mile.

I love her Walk Slim 5 Really Big miles Video. If you do the whole thing it's a little over an hour and 15 minutes. I love to mix and match the walks.
