Weight lifting or do bodyweight exercises. There are many varieties on that subject and you can find what suits you. And please eat more, every week increase your calorie intake for 100-200. Your BMI is around 16.7 and it means your underweight Just saying it's up to you..

i'm sure he/she didn't mean anything bad with that considering my BMI. Everyones advice (since it's from heart) is appreciated. I agree with you that exercise is necessary and after all we feel much better after doing something for ourselves right?

I deffinitely don't want fat I just tought when I gain 2 kilos for example then start doing some intermediate workout. And of course I wouldn't just sit all day and eat there is always walking, slight exercise.. Thank you very much, every advice is usefull!

Yes that's exactly what I meant! 0.5 kg per week sounds just right for me.
