I'm wondering the same thing. I either eat fruit or drink fruit juice with breakfast, and just that puts me over my limit. Maybe it's set too low? Or maybe MFP thinks the only kind of sugar you're going to get is the processessed kind (like pop or sweets).

How close are you to your target size (waist, hips, pant size, whatever). Five pounds give or take isn't that big of a deal if you look the way you want to. Remember, as you replace fat with muscle you body becomes more dense. So you get smaller, but stay the same weight (or a little more).

I've bee having Jello Temptations lately (my favorite is the French Silk Pie flavor). They are 140 calories for one snack cup. I usually have it an hour after lunch rather than the 250 calorie bottle of Coke that I crave in the afternoon. The pudding fills me up an satisfies the sugar craving. It's still 17 grams of sugar,…

Your profile says you're a physical trainer, I would expect you to know that muscles weigh more than fat. At a certain point of exercising you begin to gain weight. Gaining weight is not a bad thing if you're losing inches and looking good.

Is your scale calibrated properly? I use a digital scale which periodically freaks out and has to be reset. Analog scales usually have to be zeroed sometimes too.
