I'm so busy right now with work and things I am doing for my church, that I am having a hard time finding time to fit in time to go running! or any workout for that matter. I'm getting my walking into work done but that's about it. I need to figure something out!

Make jam! Another thing my mom used to do was freeze the strawberries whole. She would cut the tops off so that top was flat. She would then stand them up one a tray and put them into the deep freeze until they were frozen. She would then bag the strawberries and put them back in the freezer. You could do that and place…

W3D2 done. I still need to remember to slow down during my 3 min run. I'm more winded after the first one then the 2nd. I know I'm doing that one slower as I could have kept going today.

I do move my arms back and forth, but they are coming up and across my chest, not at my side. My roommate who is a runner (and went with me the first couple of times) told me to do that.

Only thing I can think is to just get out there and run. Over time you should be able to increase your speed. I'm doing the C25K program and I am noticing that my speed it increasing slightly every week.

It doesn't tell me my speed, it doesn't tell me my distance, it doesn't tell me my calories and I have to crank the volume to hear it! The second 3 minute run was easier as I slowed down.
