Today is a rest day from running. I need to do a core and strength training workout. I really need to work on those two areas. I am also going to the Runners Yoga video I found. I really need to loosen up my muscles. I am stiff everywhere from shoulders down and have been that way for years.

@tarun_yadavA What I found funny was when looking at Ketchup flavoured pringles, to see where they were made, they were made in Texas! Yet you can't get them there! My hamstring is not feeling as tight this morning. I am planning on going for an easy run at lunch.

I have been weighing myself every day, just not recording it as it fluctuates to much. My official weigh day is Mondays. 149.4! I am below 150! Now just to keep it below that (no more binge eating like yesterday - I did record all I ate) and get it now below 140 maybe by my vacation in June.

Sorry @LindaK125 Wesley isn't going anywhere. I should note he only does that after I have been cooking. When the oven has been on (rare since I got an air fryer) He will curl up on the stove. There is a reason why I have the sign "The cat is not spoiled, I am just well trained" 😂😂

@tarun_yadavA I am Canadian and could argue on that last sentence - especially since there is no ketchup chips are coffee crisp or chocolate smarties down there. Make sure you can some Smarties as well, though if those boxes get any smaller, they will just disspear.

I did another 4km on my lunch break. I almost didn't go as I felt I wouldn't be warm enough, but I knew I wouldn't have time this evening to go. So out I went. This doesn't happen to often, but the wind was actually at my back on my loop back. I was cold on the way out, but not on the way back!
