I usually eat breakfast around 5 or 6 am..usually a PB sandwich and a banana with coffee. Then go to noon or 1 pm for lunch.

I use jiff whips..little lighter on the calories

I eat what I want as long as it fits in my calorie goal for the day. Weekends, I eat at maintenance or sometimes not lol. Carbs, dairy, you name it. I even drink on the weekends! Shhhhhh....

I save about 400 calories for my nightime snacking. Id fail if I couldnt snack at night.

Well, Im down to 199 from 315 and my goal is 175. I am ruggedly built and like myself with a little fluff. Still 50lbs overweight at that point, but I like myself there..if I feel like continuing I will prob aim for 150.
