Try doing the 5.2 lifestyle Im have been doing this for 8 weeks and have lost 8.5 lb basically eat your TDEE 5 days and the other 2 eat only 500 calories it works and does not feel remotely like a diet!

try cauliflower rice instead of conventional rice I am doing the 5.2 diet which is brilliant!

I weigh daily too on the 5.2 forum they have been doing a 'no weigh may' but I couldnt handle that!

Try the 5.2 lifestyle basically eat you calories on 5 days of the week and on the other 2 eat only 500 It may sound daunting but IT WORKS! Fill up with water or low cal things Ive lost 7lb in 6 weeks.

have you tried the 5.2 lifestyle? I have struggled for many years basically you work out your Tdee -(my fitnessfrog) eat that number of calories on 5 days and the other 2 days eat only 500 cals it is doable and it works I have lost 7lb in 6 weeks! go on to the facebook 5.2 lifestyle page and there is loads of help/tips

Im confused as well I go to Curves ladies gym my last weigh in was when I had been doing 5.2 for 3 weeks I lost 5.5 lbs but my body fat ( on their analyzer had gone up I just understand!!
