I did one month of insanity until the workouts got over 40min I couldnt handle it, they are great workouts though, tougher than 30DS

Ever since I began eating healthy, im never really hungry so getting hungry is not an issue i do put in a harder or longer workout. Thanks for the advice.

I would like 40lbs by my wedding august 31 im trying to eat around 1200 as well, my problem is that im never really hungry and i have to force myself to eat. But woo 40lbs club

i may not make my goal i set but i can deffinetly see my body changing, and thats fine with me as long as the scale isnt going up im happy!

I hated running I would only do eliptical but once i had to start doing longer than 30min on the eliptical to get a good workout I knew it was time to change. I heard and expierenced from sports that running is the best way to lose the weight. I sweat the most and get super exhuasted and sore = good work out

So my biggest was about 274 and I am now at 218. The first pic was probably around 250-218 and the second was from about 230-218

I cant believe this is almost over thats crazy went by soo fast. My goals for this last week are lots and lots of water, no drinking! and only veggies fruit and chicken. I would love to get a really good number for my last day!

why do you need to increase your calories, i think this is my problem, not eating enough, but i dont understand how eating more will make you lose, and the starving your body thing i dont believe that is possible on 1200 cal if you are "obese"

I did my first day of shred it with weights today, wasnt to bad. i have a hurt ankle so took it kind of light on the squat jumps. How was the 30day shred what were your results like?

I lived with 3 roomates in a 2 bedroom apt in college so I shared a room. I just say from expierence tell them what your doing and ask them if they want to tag along. Make a joke about it. I just ordered the 30DS and will start as soon as it gets here. I will take pics and do measurments before too. I think the pics are the best to see your change. Im just getting addicted to running. So this is awesome My goal will be 15 miles a week so about 8 weeks to memmorial weekend so im going to say 122miles by then!! How did you guys get the mile tracker??
