Not sure about weight (maybe 85kg?) but my first half marathon I did in 3 hours and 15 minutes by walking and running intermittently (like 5 minutes running, 5 minutes walking) :) good luck! xx

I work it out from the amount of meat (as someone said above). I used Quorn mince today but I knew there were 4 servings of mince, and then one onion, various veggies, and a tin of tomatoes fits nicely with it to make 4 servings of sauce. :) but yeah, working it out on the recipe calculator is probably the best way as…

I've just started eating in 5:2 style. I personally love it because it gives me a boost of energy and I feel a lot more clear-headed and focussed. I don't find it too hard to eat only 500 calories on down days because I keep them all for my evening meal. Eating 500 calories on two separate days a week isn't going to ruin…
