Hi!!! Baby is 2 days late, I put on 3 stone over my pregnancy, and cant wait to get stuck in to loose it. Usually a healthy person, I let loose for 9 months and enjoyed ice cream, cakes, pasta's sweets, chocolate bars you name it! Now its time to reign it in! Usual workouts range from 20 minutes doing the 30 day shred to 1 hour in the gym alternating treadmill, cross trainer, rower etc. and one day will be a class like zumba or Bums and tums... What are you planning to do other than 1200 calories a day in terms of working out? I am on the same mission as you! 30 in 100... just in time for Christmas lunch!! I'm thinking working out 4 times per week at least with 1 yoga class once a week and badminton on a Sunday... should reach this goal by then!!!?? I hope!!!!…

why not try the dukan diet? You only do the protien only thing for a week and then its protiens and veg. at least you getting your vitamins etc with the veg??? then again he is a man and will probub do what he wants anyway??? obvs the best thing is to change for life! cut out the crap and eat well.... hope you can convince…

I know how you feel..... I think the point is to loose the weight and then maintain it by being healthy.... I also try to be healthy thinking ill loose the weight... but i need to feel pain and exersise my butt off to loose weight and eat strictly...
