Heya, I'm Clare a new mum from the UK. I pretty much ate cake for the entire duration of my pregnancy and the first three months of motherhood- (damned coffee and cake mornings!) and so am now left with a lovely 2 stone to lose.
I'm looking to hear from any other wannabe yummy mummy's here or abroad for mutual motivation and encouragement. I'm getting married next year and have a size 8-10 dress (U.S. 4-6) to fit into which is going to be brutal as I am nursing and do love my food!! I follow the harcombe diet/cutting out sugar as much as pos.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi!!! Baby is 2 days late, I put on 3 stone over my pregnancy, and cant wait to get stuck in to loose it. Usually a healthy person, I let loose for 9 months and enjoyed ice cream, cakes, pasta's sweets, chocolate bars you name it! Now its time to reign it in! Would love some support xx

Hi! I have a friend in the UK but I'm in the States.! Congratulations on becoming new mothers! Mine are 11 & 12 now! I wanted to share with you some advice given to me by my doctor. Do not add your exercise on MyFitnessPal. It will net your calories and you will not lose as quickly. Log exercise on a different app. I use mapmyrun. It records more than running. Once I did this, the weight came off a lot faster! Hope that helps and congratulations again!!

hello. I'm looking for friends and some accountability! My kids are a little older at 1 and 2.5 years old but between the two of them I now have 2 stone (I think? 40ish lbs) to drop before I'm a healthy weight. Any of you feel free to add me!
