I don't have an entire cheat day, but I may have a cheat meal once during the week or a "cheat treat" with one of my meals (i.e....actually eating regular noodles/potatoes with my chicken..mmm carbs). I think I could just do too much damage if I took an entire cheat day haha

I love Quest Bars. I eat them for breakfast sometimes when I'm on-the-go, or if I'm in the mood for a sweet dessert I will heat up a chocolate chip cookie dough one in the microwave for a few secs with some Hershey's dark chocolate chips on top. It feels so decadent, but it isn't. If they fit into your macros, go for it!

I ate a Quest bar for breakfast (which is my usual breakfast most days), but my family has an Easter tradition of going to good ol' DD for iced coffee and donuts after mass! And we'll be going out for dinner later (which will be my most caloric meal) but I'm not really keeping track today. It's a holiday, and I'll get back…
