Running is a great way to go, all that cardio - but my opinion is that you need to do some resistance/strength training too for toning etc. Good luck!

thanks et - will be logging everything on MFP and staying in the green and will be increasing my resistance work outs. Yep - it's suncorp - state of origin final this year!

poached egg/eggs on a piece of toast with wilted spinnach. Cottage cheese on toast with some tomato and rocket. I know a lot of people say egg white omelettes, but i've actually been told that the egg yolk improves the amount of protein that is absorbed by the body in the egg white - so it's best to eat the whole egg.

well done mmk, and keep up the good work. I think that logging your food intake is the best way because it really makes you realise how much you are eating, and the breakdown of fats/carbs/sugars etc is a great help too. I'm in Perth so feel free to addme. :smile:
