not that it matters, but just for the record: i wasnt complaining about writing styles at all, couldnt care less. it was purely about grammar. :) oh and something else: people who seem to go through forums all day just to find random strangers they can pick a fight with and take the tiniest thing as a reason to do so.

ive been doing the calorie cycling ever since reading this thread, so about a week and a half and i already lost 1.8kg after not losing anything for 3 months. will definitely keep going with weekly goals! :D

ive been taking it for 8 years now and havent gained weight per se, but im starting to think that its the cause of my water retention and the inability to lose the last 6-7 lbs.

to all you who have experience with calorie cycling: if i use the mfp method of eating back exercise calories instead of the TDEE method, would i just be eating back my calories no matter which day im on? so its still always net calories, no matter how much i have for a certain day?

firstly, cook your cous cous in veggie broth instead of water. then sautee onion and some (small) zucchini pieces, add any spices you like and when the zucchinis are finished just add the couscous and stir for a few mins, voila! super delicious, my go to quick meal. :) ps: make sure you dont use too much water on the cous…
