im 31, no kids, no husband. i do want those things, it just hasnt happened. i find the question "what are you waiting for?" a bit silly because you cant force it. im not gonna go marry the next guy i meet and have babies immediately just because im 31. i want it, but if its not meant to happen then i guess it wont.

this is exactly why it makes me giggle to see some people thinking they know it all and they have it all figured out, their way is the only way! because really, in 30-50 years people may laugh about the way we used to eat because they could have found out different things. :laugh:

ofc there are foods that are higher in protein but its not a contest :laugh: why not include all foods that have a decent amount of protein? :) i personally love broccoli and when i have it i usually have 400-500g. as for the cup thing. its just that im not american and here in europe (at least where i live) we dont…

i dont speak "cup" but 400g frozen broccoli (which isnt as much as it sounds) has 80-90 calories and 12g protein, that qualifies as good protein source in my books. :) + lets not forget iron and other great stuff broccoli delivers!

i usually eat very healthy but once in a while i do eat a whole pizza worth 1200-1400 calories and i would not be happy at all to have to defend myself on MFP for it. :laugh:

not sure about food but beverages for sure. we never had a lot of money so my mum never wasted money on drinks, since we had mountain spring water coming from the taps. i guess thats why i never really developed the taste for it. i cant even imagine drinking coke, sprite, ice tea, etc.. when im thirsty, its just gross to…

well, when you post here you are inviting other peoples opinions - thats all they are. i personally dont think you look underweight either but you know your body best. if you want to gain weight, that is completely up to you and it seems you have your reasons.
