honestly, i get turned off a bit when he doesnt have a car (truck preferably actually :P) but no, its not a deal breaker. i try to not be too superficial, but i would LOVE it if he had a cool truck we can go on trips with/he can pick me up with - mostly because i HATE public transport lol.

what i do is have a ~300cal snack between lunch and dinner (soy milk-fruit-smoothie), which allows me to push dinner back further. could try that. :)

what stood out the most for me was the "walking and lifting weights". if i were you i would incorporate more strenuous cardio about 3 days a week. step aerobics for example (i do that at home for about 40 mins-works great), or an hour of rollerblading, or running - even though i find that boring, but whatever suits you. :)…

i dont think the question was how much protein per day is safe but how much of it can come from protein powder vs. from food. say the protein goal is 120, is it safe to get 120g of protein from powder alone (extreme case) or is too much of that powder harmful?

just so i understand this right. you are on the very active setting and are eating 1200 calories, which are supposed to cover 10 hours of walking? or do you mean1200 net after you subtract the walking?

i realise now that i may have been, the last time i tried the "get in shape" thing. since i posted this i have eaten at a deficit and exercised normally (but cut out side planks) and my waist has actually gotten even smaller, even though i didnt think it was possible. :)
