I am the same way! what works for me is brushing teeth and/or mouth wash, don't really want to eat when your breath is minty fresh. also chewing gum can help with snacking.

Kinda late checking in for wk 3, was kind of disapointed in myself, had a very stressful week,my son fell though a glass table and had to tend to his cuts and bruises(he has now healed nicely) then daughter came home from drama practice with a twisted ankle and wrist :/ Very upset girl who can not perform with her cheer…
