Stomach fat comes down to diet. You might be at a healthy weight, but are you eating clean, healthy foods? Also strength training is key.

I'm 5'4", 157lbs, and wear a size 7 jeans (the odd size 5) and wear a small/medium top. I have always weighed heavy on the scale, maybe it's from being athletic my entire life? Not sure. Meh, inches are more important!

I have trouble sleeping.. but I don't use that as an excuse to miss a workout. Take tonight for example, I slept for 2 hours, and I'm heading to the gym at 4:30 for a 2 hr session. Razor burn.. or are you chaffing?? If you are sweating and your legs are rubbing together for an extended period of time (ie.Running, cycling) then this will happen. You could try applying some corn starch or baby powder to the areas before a workout to help keep it dry. Hope that helps!

Bulgarian split squats are awesome, do them with heavy weights and get your one knee right down to the floor as low as you can go, the slower the better.
