Start Strength training if you aren't already - using heavy weights has helped me lose inches on my waist. From a 30" to a 27" , and still going.

I wear gloves, not the ****ty "fashionable" ones, but top of the line heavy duty lifting gloves. They help with sweat, prevent calluses/blisters, and I can get a better grip therefor lift heavier.

Great question, I am wondering the same thing. I'm going to start training for a half marathon soon and it would be too much to do both insanity and running 2+ hours some days, plus the weight training that I already do daily... but I would like to incorporate insanity maybe once or twice a week.. just to switch things up.

I wouldn't add it as a form of exercise, because you do it daily, and your body is somewhat accustomed to it (resulting in less calories burned than you think) I would however make sure that you put your activity level to "moderately active" or something like that to compensate.

Are you kidding me? There is a HUGE difference! Can you not see it for yourself? You look like you have lost about 25-30lbs. If your friends haven't said anything or noticed, maybe it's time to find some new friends who are supportive- or at the very least friends who pay attention to what goes on around them.

I had a personal trainer for about 10 months or so. I was lucky though because he was the best in the city and offered his services to me for free!! Grab your ipod and run up and down the stairs. Great for endurance and you'll work up a sweat in no time. Also, jump rope.

I'm a beer drinker, and of course I love the high calorie ciders, and ale's. I normally try to keep my calorie count low if I know I plan on drinking that evening- Either way I normally go over if i do decide to drink.
