count half your dinner cals and eat some crackers or bread, just don't overboard it.

Just don't give up! You can do it, just shrug it off and keep going, to help with the emotion try talking it out instead of eating. Good luck

yea I worked in the caf for a yr that's partly how I gained all this weight, they don't have anything healthy usually its burgers and fries they have a salad bar but its.......lets just say I would not recommend anyone eating there if they don't have too

i feel the same way plus I don't have time for breakfast, and i can't bear to add the calories....hmmmmm is breakfast really that important

Normally I eat about 200 calories less than my 1200 calories, I am a student and then go to work all night so I don't have time to hit the gym as much. to make up for it I try to walk everywhere possible, and yoga sometimes, and dance to my music. I don't have a measuring tape but my clothes are not fitting any different.
