How is it easier? Don’t I just subtract like 20 grams of carb but 10 grams of fiber = 10 net carbs?

its a bunch of frat guys. and I'm a pretty small girl. I don't understand how ppl can not like seafood.. For me its peppers, mushrooms, and almost any vegetable except corn, salad, carrots and raw broccoli and cauliflower.

Well right now I live in Missouri. Around Springfield. I honestly would take anything that provides at least 24,000 a year. That's enough to cover most expenses. I don't have any experience in anything though :(

I think that I love all food though Seafood, and chinese wish I could have unlimited of. Yes I still have them from time to time. Seafood is actually low in cals and good for you

On the days that I am really low like 200 or 500 low it probably means I went off the deep end and didn't log the rest of it...... Also I try to aim for 1400 cals a day. my instant cals are usually granola bars or calories estimates like sometimes if I grab a handful of pepperoni at work....

One thing I will not force myself to do is to eat food I don't like. I do try to eat food that is healthy when I can. Like I will choose fruit or turkey over chips at work.
