I need help Please

okay so I have a job I work for about 4 hours a day..here's the thing if I am not walking, stocking (which involves carrying crates of soda) I am standing....This is my second week back from a month long break.......Should I log this as exercise? Maybe just say like two hours of a leisurely pace? Or should I change my lifestyle from sed to light?
Suggestions? Thanks

    change your activity level, 100% easier. Dedicate time to mentally and physically prepare for exercise and count that.

    I got my gym clothes on and got my water bottle = prepared to exercise
    I picked up a heavy box and walked around = every day life
