I know I had a weight watchers leader tell us it takes like 3 days to get rid of the sodium from a pickle.

That is really strange. I would call the company or go online and read some reviews on them. Maybe a trip to the Drs to make sure it is not a medical problem.

I wear a HRM during strength training and I burn calories and fat. I know the calorie burn is accurate so I count my weight training as exercise. Although weight training is listed in the data base they don't count it as exercise because it wouldn't be very accurate. You would have to know what size weights are being used…

That is great!! Great job and great attitude you have. Keep up the good work. Now I wish I could have the attitude that you have about the scale. I know I am losing inches but I really would like to get the scale to move faster.

I have the EA Sports Active and the More Workouts and the kick ups only register if I hold both the remote and num chuck. If I put it in the leg strap it won't register.

I had the problem not being able to reach my heart rate doing the same exercises I was doing. I wear a HRM. So I bumped it up and started doing something different. That may be what you have to do. I would also add some strength training to your workouts.

I weigh myself once a week. Same day same time. I also measure myself once a month. Although they say not to weigh everyday but I do just to stay on track but I only record the once a week one. Good luck with your weight loss.

I have a Polar too. Sometimes MFP are more sometimes less. I would go with your HRM and not pay attention to MFP.

To much sodium in them for me. I have to keep it down but if you do eat them make sure you drink a ton of water.

There are days that I push myself to get to the gym or do a workout at home. Mostly because I am just being lazy and don't want to go. There are also days that I have to listen to my body. Sometimes it tells me I need a break. When I listen. I get a much better workout the next day. Only you know how you feel.

My HRM is always less than the elliptical at the gym or any other machine for that matter. Make sure all the info is entered correct in the HRM and go with that. It would be more accurate. I have a Polar with a chest strap.

An elliptical gives me a better workout than the bike or treadmill.

I have a Polar also. I don't pay any attention anymore to the calories burned at the gym or MFP. They were higher and lower depending what exercise I was doing. I just use my HRM calories burned. It is more accurate.
