  • Sweating is just a way to cool your body down. You may lose water weight but it is temporary. You need to hydrate yourself again. I am not an expert but it is just what I have read and heard.

  • The barcode scanner is great!! I use it a lot but you have to check it because it is not always the item it scans. I don't really understand that but calories etc. are different. Good luck with your weight loss goals.
  • I pretty much have a banana everyday. I buy the small ones no more than 3 oz. because the large ones actually counts as 2 fruits. I have been losing steadily.

  • I don't care for the taste of the Slim Fast cans but I do use the powder occasionally if I don't have time to make a good lunch. Sometimes I add a banana to them. I also buy the meal and snack bars. Mostly for my husband when he goes to work because he doesn't always stop for lunch.

  • I have been logging every day since starting MFP and also losing weight pretty steady. The very first friend I had on here deleted me after one day. . I was kind of hurt because I didn't understand why. I guess that is why I have never deleted anyone yet but I have a few friends that haven't logged on it quite some time.
  • Years ago at a WW meeting. I did hear the saying that went. 'Nothing taste as good as thin feels" I actually had a print of it on my fridge at that time. I have seen so many changes in the programs over the years. I am talking almost 27 years ago. Haven't heard it at a meeting lately although I have mentioned it a lot.
