Take 2-4 chicken breasts & pound them flat. Take one light, creamy swiss laughing cow cheese wedge and spread it on each flattened chicken breast...keeping it in the middle. Take a piece of thick turkey bacon and lay it over the top. Roll it up and fasten it with toothpicks. Put it in a baking dish. Spray it with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Take bread crumbs and lightly sprinkle over the top. I probably only use about 1 tsp per breast. Bake uncovered @ 350 for about 20-30 min, until the center is no longer pink.
My family loves this low-cal faux chicken cardon bleu recipe.
300-350 cal per roll (approx; depending on chicken breast size)0 -
