    nothing actually.. I think once before eating calorie laiden stuff I reevaluate if I really want it. i do eat a little if I am craving for it, else just skip it.

    White bread, rice, pasta. I swapped for wholemeal.

    I don't eat red meat anymore either.

    Sodas, except on occasion when I get a craving, but even then..I only steal a sip or 2 from the hubbies drink! :) In all honestly, they really don't even taste that great if you think about it. ;P

    Pretty much anything that I can't justify as nutritious/beneficial! The only sweets I eat are fresh fruits (I used to polish off a pint of Ben & Jerry's nearly every weekend). I rarely eat any bread/rice/pasta, and very rarely drink alcohol anymore.

    Chocolate bars. But I do have chocolate almond milk. I think it helps me with the craving.

    The only thing I cut out 100% is Diet Coke. I avoid and eat small portions of everything else - but on occasion I'll have french fries, white bread or rice, birthday cake, etc...

    Why would anyone give up chocolate? Seriously, why? There are so many great health benefits from chocolate plus it tastes good. It's sad to read this thread.

    mine is the obvious stuff, such as bread & fizzy drinks (unless they are sugar free).
    i really hate depriving myself of food though, so I just make sure I buy the best kind of bread, and weigh everything out :)

    I haven't given up anything. I just "pay" for what I eat by doing extra exercise. However, I rarely drink Pepsi or eat fast food anymore. :bigsmile:

    McDonald's Mocha Frappe's, was hooked on them espically with the two for one coupon, so affordable, not anymore not worth the calories & fat, what a wake up call, thanks to MFP!
