Mine has to be ramen noodles. I used to live off of that stuff.

Well, I don't eat fast food and I don't drink pop.
Neither one of them are worth the calories nor do they taste good to me anymore.0 -

Anything with cheese, for the most part0

Stopped drinking pop except for once every month or so when I'm craving one I just can't justify the calories of having it all the tie like I used to. Other than that I'm pretty much an 'everything in moderation' kinda girl.0

I cut out most junk food and processed food. Now thinking about eating some Cheetos or a microwave pizza just sounds gross to me. I also kicked my sugar addiction and can now enjoy a little chocolate or ice cream once in a while without feeling like I have to finish the entire package. I'm currently trying to stop drinking soda (again) and this time it's working. I had a drink of my husband's Coke tonight and it didn't taste that great to me. Instead I'm enjoying water (that's right, I actually like water) and a sparkling orange mango juice drink.0

All manner of vending machine snacks. In three bites you've consumed over 300 calories and are out the better part of a dollar. I figured it'd be much healthier to just swallow the money!0

Chocolate. Used to eat it everyday. Don't even want it anymore.0

um, pretty much everything my main food groups before i started were fast food and sweets, both of which i'm no longer eating. luckily, i have lots of almonds, eggs, and cottage cheese to keep my stomach company0

Very rarely eat white bread anymore. Also rarely have soda- root beer is the only one that's worth the calories.0

I haven't been to McDonald's or any other fast food (except Chiptole) in 2.5 years....0

HA!! Love that whole post PatientBearTiger!!! I would say I don't eat much fast food anymore, but I don't think I've totally given up anything. I'll still have the occasional bit of chocolate, or a french fry, or a small bag of chips... just not every day and in MUCH smaller doses. I have become MUCH more conscious of my sodium intake than I used to be and I avoid foods more now that I see have a high sodium content... or I minimize them, but I don't think there is any one specific food I've given up just because of this site. My goal is to live as normal a life as I can, enjoying all the foods I like, just not as much or as frequently. If I stay under my net goal amount for the day, it doesn't matter what I eat. That said, I don't want to waste calories on foods with little to no nutrition.0

Simple carbs, pretty much. Bread, pasta, potatoes.
Right now I'm working on giving up processed things (90 calorie bars, etc.) and diet soda!0 -
Potato Chips!0

Poop. And squirrels. Little *kitten* are kinda stringy anyway.

High calorie pasties like bear claw , also sometimes I used to have coffee and donuts with co-workers, and easily would eat 2 of them, nowdays I just drink coffee and even not craving those donuts and we go there almost every other day!0
