I always work out before eating breakfast. I can't exercise on a full stomach. I do drink water before, during, and after working out. Then I eat breakfast right after workout.

I had them once last year in Florida. I went out to lunch with some friends and one of them ordered them steamed. They couldn't believe I never had them as much as I love sea foood. So they made me try them. I loved them. Yummy!!

Men always seem to lose faster than women. Don't let it get you down. You are losing at a healthy rate. You also may be losing inches . I too have a slow weight loss. If you type in Chinese in the data base all kind of choices come up even the fried dough. My husband and I actually went for Chinese tonight too. I only eat the crab legs,shrimp, and clams. Don't really eat the rest of it.

We are responsible for what goes into our mouths but I think your husband is being incenitive to criticize your weight gain and lack of exercise. Especially when you are cooking meals to please him. You can still cook healthy meals. Make sure they have lots of protein and fiber so they will be more filling for both of you.…

You could take a walk on your lunch. Also if you have more than one floor you could skip the elevator and take the stairs. The company I worked for had a exercise room and also had walking groups that walked at lunch time. You didn't give any info as to how large the company is you work for. If these options are do-able…

I felt like that this morning too. I really pushed myself to get to the gym but I am glad I did. I also realized I didn't take my vitamin yesterday. I took it today and started feeling better.

I have the Wii Fit. I don't use the game that came with it but I do use the balance board with some of my other workouts for the Wii. I use it mostly with the Ea Sports Active More Workouts. I love that one.

I have the EA Sports Active 1 but I bought the EA Sports Active More Workuts and I really like that one much better than the one that came with it. I customize my workouts. I like the Step Aerobic Class that you can use with the Balance Board if you have one. I am not sure about the 2.

You could also ask one of the trainers at the gym you go to. It can be very confusing on here. Everyone has different opinions as to weight loss and eating back calories. I was going crazy reading all the post. What works for one person may not work for someone else. Good Luck with your weight loss journey.

It bothers my legs when I first get on. Once l get warmed up then I am fine. I am up to 30 minutes on it.
