Thanks for sharing. I agree. A scale is a must. I use my scale, measuring cups, and measuring spoons all the time. I need to. The weight watchers frozen ice cream desserts are excellent too. I feel like I am a high calorie dessert.

I make a lot of their recipes. They have always been good. I love the Parmesean Tilapia. I make that one a lot. I use different fish with it not always Tilapia.

I alway go over my protein and fiber. I think MFP has it set to low. I watch my sodium though. I need to keep that low.

I have a polar HRM too but I don't think it is waterproof. Also I can't put mine in the washer either. I would check your owners manual for yours.

I love mine. I am actually thinking of buying one for when I go to Florida for the winter .I missed it last year when I was down there. I use it all the time. I like cooking fish, chicken, pork chops, baked potatoes. Just about everything in it. It is great for reheating pizza too. I haven't used it for dehydrating though.…

I weigh myself everyday and that use to frustrate me too I soon realized after some research that about 3500 calories = 1 lb of fat. So you would have to consume that many calories on top of what your BMR and exercise is to gain just 1 lb and that is highly unlikely you consumed all those calories to gain 3 lbs. I still…

Sometimes you have to reset it or just unplug it then plug it back in. Then it should work. I think if you have a wireless connection for your computer. It will update from that. I can get to weather and news from my Wii also.

You need good supporting shoes for your feet. If you don't you can have foot problems sooner or later. My husband doesn't think I need a lot of things too. If I want something I think I need I just buy it and he gets over it. I hope you can do the same. Good Luck.

That is an awesome gift!! I have a Polar F6 that I have had for quite some time. I take it to the gym with me to get an accurate count of the calories I am burning. The calories the machines at the gym says I burn a lot more than what I actually burn. Good luck with your weight loss.

I have been kind of playing around with that. It depends on what foods you eat. Seems the healthier the food the lower the predicted weight. Also if you figure the predicted weight at least for me the weight loss is more than the 1 lb that I want to lose for the 5 weeks. It keeps me on track. I always try and plan my meals…
