Meal replacements aren't all bad. I used to never eat breakfast, which is bad. Now that I drink shakes it's pretty much like I eat breakfast. If I stop it'll probably be if I start having more time in the mornings to make breakfast.

Yeah I agree, you should try it and see if your hungry after. I started off drinking them for breakfast along with eating a hand fruit. Currently, I just drink my shake and my black coffee and I'm good. Eggs and bacon would be a better breakfast though....

I started on Lean 25 about a month ago, I love it. I already see results. Also, they have every flavor imaginable for a protein shake. I just finished off Pumpkin spice today. Tomorrow I start orange creamsicle.

That's the biggest thing I'm learning! All the eating out was really holding me back, those calories add up a lot quicker. Not to mention how many carbs they usually have.Tracking has definitely helped open my eyes to why I wasn't seeing progress. Thank you! And good luck on your goal too. You're right we can do this!

Good point, my doctor actually wanted me to lose more haha! they didn't put a timeframe on it though. I'm currently 239lbs so the doctor said 135 is where I should shoot for. You all are giving such great advice! I'm really over here making note of a lot of these things. Most have you have said take it a little at a time, and I do think you're right because looking at that big number is scary. I guess when you think of it a 1.5lbs a week it really doesn't sound as bad.

Oh I guess I should have explained I started in the summer, mid July I believe. I'm only 6 lbs down so far but I wasn't paying attention to diet so now I'm really trying to crack the whip on my dieting habits
