I have that book. It has been forever since I read it. Maybe I'll pull it out and give it a brush up. Thanks for the suggestion :D I really want to pick up Gena Lee Nolin's book: Beautiful Inside & Out: Conquering Thyroid Disease. I love her page on Facebook "Thyroid Sexy." She is a great advocate!
