  • I too am an emotional eater. If I have a bad weigh in I just about always immediately want to eat. I usually try and go for a walk or take a shower. Something to get me out of the kitchen.
  • Keep in mind this program is based on your age, weight etc. Does the machine that you are working on? If not I would go by the program not the machine.
