Definitely log everything good or bad log it all. Also, I dont worry too much from sugar coming from fruit. You and I both know that sugar in fruit is good for you whereas sugar in a cookie is bad sugar.

My husband and I are going for about a 2 hour bike ride (about 16 miles) this evening as the weather is FANTASTIC and the town we live in has a great paved trail system.

Terrible to say that I actually tried this too but for only 3 days and I felt HORRIBLE all 3 days. I actually only made it halfway through day 2 before I caved and started eating normally again. I would not recom. this to anyone.

I too wonder how I got to this point and what I have come up with is EXCUSES. You name it I had an excuse for it. I used my having 5 foot surgeries as an excuse for a large part of my life. But I have taken control trying my hardest to not make excuses. April has not been a good month for me in the excuse department.

I can not do a cheat day because then I loose all will power and the next several days are "cheat days" I have found that allowing myslef the things I want on a daily basis in moderation this works best for me. Typically cheat days you would eat the amount of calories as if you were maintaining your weight.

What I am doing and its working is a 20% cut from TDEE. I have about 60 pounds also to loose.

I always weigh before and I weigh everything now. I noticed that I would always try to cram in extra food if I used measuring cups/measuring spoons.

It is not bad unless you are having other symptoms such as being light headed, dizzy, feel really tired. If not just a sign that you are pretty healthy and your heart doesnt have to beat fast to keep up with your body.

add foods that are high in protein and fiber, this should help and maybe eat your excerise calories back too if you have not been doing it already.

Just drink it whenever you want. Also, drink enough water until your urine is a very light almost colorless color. When your pee is this color you know you are drinking enough for proper kidney function.

Healthy choice makes some frozen greek yogurt. What I really like about it is that its in individual containers which are only 100 calories. I like this because then I am not tempted to eat more.

I am a big fan of dove chocolates. My favorites are dove dark chocolate (only 42 calories per piece) and dove milk chocolate with carmel (only 40 calories per piece)

Here lately I have been trying not to restrict what foods that I want to eat. I have done this in the past and then failed miserably. Presently I am really working on portion control and counting calories. So if I want the chocolate then I will go ahead and eat it as long as I stay within portion control and I can fit it…

You are not short you are veritically challenged. I am only right at 5 feet. I dont let it bother me then only thing that I hate is when people use me as a arm rest when walking. And if that is truelly a picture of you as your profile pic your legs look pretty good. Dont let people bother you, focus on you and not everyone…

I have the nike air max and I LOVE them. They are pricey but super comfortable and supporative. This is coming from a girl who has had 5 foot surgeries on my left foot and its almost impossible to find shoes that work.

My first goal is to be under 200 pounds and then I will get a manicure and pedicure. I am really trying to stay away from rewards involving food because lets face it thats what got me here in the first place.
