yes you are correct. If you scanned your egg carton and you did not add anything else to your egg while cooking then it will be what you scanned. For me I use large grade A eggs and they are 70 calories per egg.

My all time favorite smoothie is 1 frozen banana, handful of spinach, 1 medium to large carrot, 1 cup of soy milk. The carrot gives it a natural sweetness so you do not have to add any other sweetners. It is super filling and loaded with fiber.

sounds and looks yummy, thanks for posting. I bet it would taste good with chicken too as I am allergic to shrimp!

ice cream or chips and dip of any kind. My favorite is either tortilla chips and salsa, tortilla chips and queso, and ruffles potato chips with French onion dip!!!! I try to not have any of this in the house because I have no self control. I will eat all this until making myself almost physically sick :( So avoidance works…

try adding butter and or olive oil when cooking just about anything and everything. It will add an easy 100 calories to everything you are preparing. Cheese is also very good calorie dense food too. The protein powder was a good suggestion. You could also drink some calories too including juice, milk, or protein shakes.

I eat a lot of rice now too. As for pasta I like a brand called Sam Mills its a corn pasta. In my opinion it has the same texture and very similar flavor as regular wheat pasta. My husband even eats it who is not gluten free with no complaints.

Go back to basics. Eat lean proteins, fruit, veggies, eggs, and dairy products. You will find that most "gluten free" items in the grocery store are SUPER expensive and don't taste that well anyways. You can add me as a friend if you like I have been gluten free going on 3 years and I feel great!!!

My mind set has been if it fits into my calories for the day then I will eat a serving of it. So many days I will have eaten out or indulged in chocolate. You get the idea. It is about making a life long change to be conscience of what we are eating and our weight. This way of thinking is so much more sustainable. Would…

As the last 2-3 weeks have not been very good, I have been stress eating but I am maintaining!! I will try to log everything. I am actually going to pre log as I am making things on Wednesday night as I am making the majority of the food. I am also swapping certain ingredients for healthier options so this will help too. I…

I am gluten free as I have a wheat allergy. I have lost 52 pounds from January 1 this year. What helped me most was cleaning up my diet as much as possible and really paying attention to my sodium counts on most days. I exercise as I can with my schedule and physical limitations.

I would just move your activity level to lightly actively or moderately active. It will give you more calories this way.
-
Maybe try this out for 4-6 weeks and if you are getting frustrated because you want to loose the last bit of weight then you can always refigure what you should be eating calorie wise.

Currently a small bale of hay but almost a 5000 btu air conditioner lol!!!

I know exactly what you mean. I always use my food scale now. I was finding that even with measuring cups the fat girl inside me would try to make them as full as possible lol. I have now lost 50 pounds and it is a huge success because I weigh EVERYTHING even mustard lol. It is such a great tool to have.

That is commendable that you did not gain any while you were injured. You did better than I. I have had 5 foot surgeries on my left foot and needing to schedule a 6th one. I completely understand where you are coming from.

look into couch to 5k. It is a running program (free app on android and apple) that helps with getting your endurance to run consecutively for about 30 minutes by the end of the 8 week program.

You have to think of it this way...you did not get to the weight you are right now overnight. It most likely took you years. So then weight loss is going to be the same way. It will take time and effort, but will it be worth it....MOST DEFINITELY YES!!!! Based on your ticker you have already lost 23 pounds the natural way.…

as listed above add each item separately or you can just subtract that guess of the cheese. A 1 ounce (28 grams) of cheese is about 100-120 calories, the tomatoes have very little calorie content so I would not worry too much about that. So you could just subtract the estimate of the cheese from the total. Like if you got…

I purchased a Cuisinart from bed bath and beyond. If you are going to target or walmart its going to be in the kitchen utensils/small appliances section. I would recommend buying the middle price range one

For convenience I have my body on an eating routine. I usually eat breakfast at around 9ish, lunch is at 1ish, and dinner its whenever I get home and make it anywhere from 5-7ish. Eating at relatively the same times every day really helps me with snacking which is one of my problems. But, if I am hungry outside of the…

I have lost 48.2 pounds since January 1, 2013.
