I would try to slowly up your calories maybe like 50-100 calories per day for a couple of weeks and keep doing this until you reach the 1500 calories that you had mentioned. I am just right at 5 feet tall and in order to be in a healthy BMI the low end of the range is 94 pounds. So with your frame I dont think that 98…

First mini goal is to be under 200 pounds, which is only about 4 pounds away at this point. I plan on getting a manicure and pedicure, and maybe buy a new outfit too.

2 days is not too bad especially if you have been doing this since February. Heck I sometimes have 2 bad days a week (weekend) and I am still loosing weight. Not as quickly at times as I would like but it is all ok. Just drink plenty of water over the next couple of days and get back on track and you will be fine.

I weigh daily when I have had a horrible food day to make sure that I am going back down. But I try really hard to weigh myself on fridays, this is the day that I log my weight loss even if I have seen a loss through the week.

You might also want to try zig zagging your calories. Look at your calorie intake over a weeks time instead of just by the day. Lets say (example purposes) that you are supposed to eat 1200 calories per day so over a 7 day period that would be 8400 for the week. On 1 day eat 1200 calories, then the next eat 1600 calories.…

I shop at kroger and I know it is in the health food section. It is right next to the organic peanut butter and other nut butters. at least in my kroger in Indiana

I have the app on my phone but you can look up the program details online with the details of each workout. Then I would suggest getting a watch/stop watch to record your time. I have a heart rate monitor so if I didnt have my iphone then I could use the timer on my heart rate monitor. Or you could always just count to 60…

Your mid section is the biggest difference in my opion....great job!!!

Not too sure but it definitely sounds like you are having issues with anxiety. Which sad to say will increase your heart rate. Maybe you should look into where your heart rate should be resting and during a super intense work out. Also, talking to your doctor about this may be a good idea since it is causing you so much…

If you feel you can go for a run then do it. I would definitely stretch out your back really well before and after and maybe take a slower pace of running that usual.

Several years ago I got really sick and lost a ton of weight due to a bad gallbladder that went undiagnosed for about a year. My lowest weight was about 100 pounds. I had started out at about 180+. Even at weighing at only 100 pounds I was still a d cup. So I was wearing a size 2 in pants with a D cup needless to say they…

I have a friend that on many occasions comments on my clothes and sense of style and almost every time she adds "your clothes/outfit would look so much better if you lost weight. I mean you always have such cute clothes but you are fat" Needless to say she is larger than I am so I dont let is bother me too much. Also,…

I have had 5 foot surgeries on my left foot so I can only do low impact excerises. What I have been doing and is working great is cycling whether it be on a stationary bike or out on the trails. I live in a town where there are tons of nice paved biking trails. I can burn upwards of 1000 calories in about 2 hours biking…

203.8 pounds So close to ONEDERLAND!!!!!

This sounds fun... thanks for posting. Definitely much more managable doing it over a months time than 1 day.
-
I have been drinking pretty close to 1 gallon with just straight water but now that you mention all the other water you use for cooking and such I am most likely drinking at least 1 gallon if not more.

you should start lifting now!!!

I am no doctor/medically trained but it could be your body adjusting to your new eating. Also, it might have something to do with blood sugars. Maybe try eating like 1500 calories, drink at least 64 oz of water, and eat protein rich foods, and try eating every 2-4 hours to see if this helps.
-
I have honestly never had it. Thinking I may need to look into recipes!!!

I have also made it a personal decision not to really talk about trying to loose weight to many people. I feel like in the past when I have told people that I am dieting that they would hold standards over me. And they would call me out on things when I wanted candy or stuff like that. It is my personal decision to make…

One day is not going to break what you are doing, especially if its only 100 calories over. No worries.

I am not celiac but I actually have a wheat allergy. So I have to eat all gluten free. I have mainly just cut it out from my diet. The gluten free products are super expenisive and most of hte time do not taste very good anyways.

I weigh in on friday and also on monday to hold me accountable over the weekend. Also, I plan all my meals as I do during the week. And I try to burn more calories over the weekend doing some form of "fun" workout. This way even if I want a little treat I have a little more wiggle room in my calories for the day.

This is great!!! My husband and I recently bought bikes too and we love them. We have been going on at least a 15 mile bike ride every chance we get!

I would love to be in onederland. That would mean a loss of 4.5 pounds. I am hoping that I can get there in the next 2 weeks or less. I am so close I can taste it!!!!

These all sound yummy I needed ideas too. Thanks all for sharing. I think I need to invest in some grill pans for our grill at home.

I would add intensity like bump up your levels to not just level one. Or maybe do a mountain course so you get some high intensity as well as low intensity.

I use my food scale for everything now. I used to use measuring cups but I was finding that the fat girl inside of me was trying to put as much in the measuring cups as possible. So weighing my food keeps me in check.

2 weeks old on the current pic. The one I had up previously was over 2 years old.

bump thanks!!!
