  • I have severe arthritis in one knee ( bone on bone). I jog in chest deep water. Burns a lot of calories and doesn't hurt my knee. Plus it helps with flexibility in my knee. You should probably check with your doc to see if that would work for you.

  • Dizzy spells and heart palpitations can also be caused by something other than diabetes. A very common sign of diabetes is thirst. But bottom line - only a health care professional can diagnose the issue. Hope you get that appointment soon!

  • I use a Magic Bullet for my smoothies. It blends very smooth and is easy to clean. Also, it doesn't take up much space on the counter.
