Thanks for the answer. But it will be very helpful for me to hear some more paleos :) P.S. 250 calories a day - is very little because I can undereatimate the eaten calories. 1/2 per week would be too little. 1 Ib or even 2 will keep me motivated... I wasnt always fat.
