I modify by not eating the melba toast. I eat tortilla chips with salsa instead. provides me a nice snack.

When I did it, I did it seveal days at 40 days and 23 days at a time. Wasn't hungry and lost a total of 63lbs. There are people out there that sell water and call it hcg. There is so much to the diet after the 500. If you follow it all the way through and change habits, it does work. But, like any diet, if you don't…

over the next three weeks after the 500 cals, you raise cals to 1500 basically following something close to the atkins plan. i did it. didnt gain a pound. got off blood pressure meds after 11 yrs. changed eating habits and got a personal trainer. didnt have hair loss and i'm very healthy. that's just my experience

Very glad you said all of that! It's so true. You will lose fast, you will feel better and I was able to get of my blood pressure meds. But, the key is lifestyle change. I've made that as well. Lost 59lbs. Got me a trainer, workout almost daily and feel great!!!

I was lucky. I improved my health, I didn't have any negative side effects and was able to maintain the weight. I got a personal trainer and went back to eating 1500 to 2000 cals per day. I lost 57lbs.
-
Thanks ya'll so much! It did really make my day!
-
I know how you feel! My doctor took me off mine in April after 11yrs of meds! Keep up the good work!!!

Oh no, not a month. I did two rounds, taking a three week break between the two. then i stayed off for two month, doing the maintence and then adding a few carbs and limited sugar back. worked out with a trainer. then just this week, i started a third round. i'd llke to lose 20 more lbs. then i'll follow the same thing…

No, I bought potassium over the counter. Wow! 225.00?
-
I did the drops. only cost 45.00 a month. lost 51lbs. followed the whole plan through, got a trainer and haven't gained a lb back. i did the most important thing, changed my eating habits and workout as much as possible.
-
So true! So glad to hear you say it.

I did 51lbs on four months. Got off blood pressure meds after 11 yrs. Got a personal trainer and didn't experience a weight gain when i increases my cals to 1500-2000. I followed the plan to a T and never felt better! Its meant to give a kick start for one to change their lifestyle.
