I realalized that I stress ate today when I down that bag of chips in less than five minutes. Thats a big step for me to realize that. However, the trigger that made me to it is still there. I need to get a grip of this before I back slide!!!

The best NSV ever!
I had my dad put the two pictures together of my before and after picture. My dad asked who was that other lady that I wanted to be in the picture with. I told him it was me. He then repeated, "No, the other lady." He didn't reconized me in the picture when I was 57 pounds heavier!!!
