"I guess you can't eat this" while holding a piece of cake. Um yes I can, give it to me. Everyone thinks you have to starve and eat only vegetables to lose weight. But these are usually overweight people themselves...so they have no idea of what a balanced diet means.

Love the Polar ft4. I have had it for awhile and it still works perfectly. Easy to use and a must needed tool for me.

Nutella on graham crackers is the best. I don't like to eat it just straight up, but spread a little on graham crackers or mix a little in Greek yogurt..and it so good!

Ok, not trying to be rude but...This is fast food we are talking about. Not a little vegan shop you are going to. They make tons of money on their unhealthy food, doesn't mean you have to buy it. This isn't 20 years ago, the nutritional information is very easy to obtain. I am sorry you have to deal with the insulin…

I weigh everyday and will always do it. The times that I was heavier...I barely weighed myself. I didn't keep myself accountable for it. It isn't a big deal to step on the scale first thing in the morning. I know if my day before was a good day or not. If I ate too much food that caused my weight to go up (whether water…

Started at almost a 14 and I am in a size 8 now. I would like to be in a 4/6.

I have lost a good amount of weight 4 times in my life now. 2 times I gained weight back because of a pregnancy. But in 2012 I lost weight and gained it back..because I just got too comfortable and went back to eating out a lot and not weighing my self at all. I gained everything back (20 pounds) in about 4 months. I…

I am 5'8 and 29 yrs old Starting weight:185 Current weight: 150 Goal:140-145 I got to 150 by August/Sept last year and took a break from everything. So I have now decided to do this again and lose that last 10 pounds. Calorie goal is 1320 and I eat about half to all of my exercise calories back. When I was on a break and…

I started at a size 12 or 14 in some stores. I am now a solid size 8 and can wear some 6's. I want to ultimately be in a solid size 6.

I lost the weight for myself and my health. I have a wonderful husband and beautiful kids. I don't need to impress anyone, but when I looked in the mirror...I wasn't happy. That was 35 pounds ago...I lost that weight last year. I love where I am now, I feel comfortable and confident. I am just getting back to eating…

Because during my second pregnancy...I thought I could eat anything and everything and gained about 50 pounds. Then after I had my son, I only lost around 10 or so and then kept the rest on. I continued to eat a lot of fast food and sweets...so I never lost the weight. Then around Feb of this year..I knew enough was enough…

You may go down a size...have you thought about not taking the tags off of half of them? Maybe wear a few now and take back the others for a gift card and then reward yourself with new jeans if you go down a size.

Lose these last 10 pounds and get back into an exercise routine. I also would like to go down one more size. I am in some size 6 clothes now and in all size 8 clothes. I would love to be in a size 6 at all places.

I have maintained since July of this year and it wasn't hard at all. First, you need to make sure you lost the weight...the right way. You didn't starve yourself, you exercised reasonably and lost at a good pace. I lost 35 pounds over a course of about 4-5 months. I ate at about 1250-1350 calories a day and exercised about…

I think people fail because they go from one extreme to the next. They go on an extreme diet and eat at very low calorie goals...then they think "hey, I'm done" and go back to eating like they did before. Their body then holds onto everything, since it was starving before.

It will help with burning calories but you need to keep eating healthy and lose weight for your belly to go down. If you have belly fat, then you still have weight to lose. Just think how much 5 pounds of fat looks like. Losing five more pounds can make a huge difference. I have done the 30 day shred before and I lost…

I picked a weight from experience. I was in the low 140's before and looked and felt good. I know I don't want to be any lower...I feel comfortable and look good now at 150. But I do have some "soft" spots that I want to tone and know I need a little more weight off to get rid of it.

I have maintained my weight loss for a while now. It isn't as hard as I thought. I didn't track and actually haven't exercised in months. I just kept up my good eating habits. I eat sweets and "bad" food too..just in moderation. I weigh myself every day...so if I notice the scale move up a little bit..I just watch it for…

Mine was mostly because of calories. I also did walking and jogging on the treadmill...mixed in with some of the Jillian workouts.

I am 5"8 Started at 185 and a size 12 I am now a size 6/8 and 150 pounds. My goal is 140-145 and a comfortable size 4 in all stores. :)

You look fantastic! Congrats.

Congrats! You look amazing.

Very common, I lost a lot in the first 3 months around 29 pounds. But I have only lost 6 pounds in the last 2 months. I am close to goal, so I bet these last 5 pounds will take another 2-3 months. I am ok with that, since I know it isn't always about the scale.

5'8 Highest- not counting my pregnancy highest..my highest in March of this year was 185 Current- 150 pounds Goal- 145 pounds... only 5 to go!!

I am 5'8 and I am 150 pounds as of today. I have a goal of 145, so only 5 pounds left. I am happy where I am now at 150 but I want to lose a little more inches and tone up. So I am not really focusing on the scale.

I recently bought me one pair of miss me jeans as a reward. When I get to goal, I want to buy another pair that will look cute with tall boots over them. :)

I am doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. I love it! I have also done the 30 day shred.
