Mine says 145 only 7 pounds from there now. Sad thing is, it said 145 when I was 185 and got it renewed. I never changed it from when I was 145. They never cared, I don't even remember if they asked if the weight changed.

I agree, I lost my weight very easily in about 4 months. Just eating right and exercising. People are amazed when I tell them that is how I did it. They expect some magic pill or something. It is all about the determination for me.

I definitely feel better. I use to drink about 4-5 cans of coke zero or diet dr pepper a day. I always felted bloated from it, and I never drank water. I am pretty much in maintanence now. I have a few more I want to lose, but I am happy where I am. So I am eating at maintanence some days and letting these last few pounds come off slowly. I am more focused on inches right now.

I am 5'8 and 152. I have it set to 1350. But with exercise, I average eating about 1500-1600 a day. I started at 1350 back at 185 pounds and lost the weight pretty quickly. (Started the middle of March)

More like a snack than breakfast..I eat the same thing every morning a 90 calorie fiber one bar. Usually the lemon one or cinnamon one. I use to drink about 4 or so cans of coke zero a day. So I just traded one at a time with a water..till I was down to no cokes. It has been months now without a soft drink. I didn't have any withdrawals..it was pretty easy.

Not always true. It depends on how much you have to lose and where you need to lose it. Most of my weight was in my lower belly. I am down 33 pounds and down 2 sizes and almost into a size even smaller. I started in a 12 and I am now a loose 8 almost a 6. So in the next 5 pounds or so, I will be down a total of three sizes.

I wanted to also add that I changed my goal up 10 pounds. I had an initial goal of 135 which is closer to the lower end of healthy weight for my height. The healthy weight range for my height is 122-164, there is no way I would look good at 122. So now that I am 152, I changed it to 145 as my goal. Which is right in the…

I also recommend getting down to your initial goal of 150. Then maybe take a break from losing weight and eat at maintenance. Then if after that month, you are comfortable where you are..then stay there. If you think you may need to lose some more, you can restart your plan. And having the time off, may help restart…

I love tuna and would eat it everyday if I could. But I am pretty simple with it and always eat it the same way. Tuna mixed with a couple squeezes of light miracle whip and then mix in some pickle relish. And that is it, so good and not complicated. Sometimes I would add a crumbled hard boiled egg in there.

Nutella is yummy! My favorite snack is spreading it on a graham cracker. It is good, if you make the snack and then out the container away...lol. Do not have it close to you with a spoon. ;)

Walking at a 4 incline for 45 mins at 3.8 mph is not a leisurely walk. My HRM is the Polar ft4 with the chest strap. 200-300 is A pretty low estimate. I average about 450 walking at an incline for 3 miles and I am not overweight. I use a Polar ft4. So the person above may be running the whole time, I could see 600 calories burned then.
