This is why, I use my HRM and only use that for calories. I log a custom exercise of what my HRM states.

5'8 Heaviest : 195 at 9 months pregnant but I lost 10 right after...185 (when not pregnant) so that is my starting weight. Smallest: 135-140. Years ago, when I was just pregnant with my first and couldn't eat anything. Everything made me sick. But my smallest sustaining weight was 140-145 in 2008 Current weight: 152 Goal :…

Update: I am now 152 and I changed my goal to 145. I want to be 145 and then stop focusing on the number and just focus on toning. I am comfortable now at my weight, so I don't want to go as low as 135 anymore.

That sounds about right. I do in the mid 400's after 45 minutes on the treadmill. I do it on an incline which resembles the outside. And I walk at 3.8 mph. I also use a polar HRM. :)

I went shopping and I loved the way everything looked on me. It has been a long time, since I have felt like this. It was so hard before to find ONE thing that I liked. Now I love everything. :)

Congrats, you look fantastic! I love your dress, it fits you well.

Yay! Good job, it is always fun buying smaller sizes.

Congrats! You look great.

I haven't yet and I am very close to goal. I started off losing quickly at 2-3 pounds a week and I have since slowed down. But I haven't stopped all together. I am still losing weight at a 1 pound every 7-10 days rate. I am happy at my weight now, so I don't mind losing the last 7 pounds slowly.

This is how I am. I will always log, it doesn't take but a few seconds each time to log something. I need to log, or I will not stay on track.

Same here, I want to get my thighs smaller like hers.

I am down 32 pounds and yes, I have days where I go over. I want this to be long term, so I knew I would not be able to stay under my calories every single day for the rest of my life. So I have at least one day a week, where I go over. Usually about 500 over or so. Now I exercise a lot, so most of the time..I workout…

It will take at least 3-4 weeks. But think to yourself...if you are eating healthy and exercising. Then you will already be better off than you were before. Just be patient and you will be happy with what you see in a few weeks. Good luck. :)

Simple answer from me. This was never a diet...it has always been a lifestyle change. I enjoy what I eat and I never feel deprived. I love to exercise and plan to do so forever. So to me it is routine and not a quick fix thing that I will stop. People gain weight because they go back to bad eating habits and stop…

Awesome congrats! It feels great to know that you are not in that category anymore.

Literally the tracking and exercising has been really easy for me to lose weight. I also don't drink soft drinks anymore and only water. I cut out fast food, if i do eat out..i always check the calorie count before i choose an item. I have my calories set to 1350 and exercise about 4-5 times a week.

Nutella spread over graham crackers. Yum.

I burn about 230 on level one. It depends on the intensity of the workout you do. It is really up to you, how hard you work. If you aren't able to do everything..then you can modify it to work for you. :) This is when a HRM is good, since you will know how much you burn. ETA: I always do the 30 ds right after jumping off…

Wow, you just keep getting smaller. :). I remember seeing your after pic earlier in the thread and look how much you have lost since then! Keep up the good work.

I am 5'8 and 154 now. Waist- 28 inches Hips- 38.5 My waist has always been a lot smaller than my lower belly, I only lost 2 inches from my waist from the start, but lost over 4 inches from my belly button area. And almost 5 inches from my lower belly. That is what you get when you have a long torso. I carried both my…

In the last month I slowed to 1 pound a week loss. So when I had about 15 pounds left to lose. I have 9 more pounds and I am losing 1 pound about every 10 days.

Wow, I definitely want the shape of your legs when I am done. You look great and toned!

Here are two more pics. And here I am in my old size 12 jeans..look how big they are now. I can take them off without unzipping them. Right pic..is me in size 8 jeans.

Yes the polar ft4 has a band you wear under your chest. It transmits to your watch. It is really easy to use, you click start and start working out. It shows your calories burned, heart rate and tells you if you are in your zone. You input your settings, like weight height.,etc. You can pause it or stop all together. I…

Another for the Polar ft4. I love it and use it every time I exercise. I have definitely gotten my money's worth. I got it from best buy for $70 I think.
-
You look great, it proves how much a small weight loss can change your body.
-
Wow, you look great! Love the comparison in the same dress.

Definitely not something I would log. I don't log anything except actual exercise. So I don't log cleaning, cooking, walking while shopping.... Etc. For me, that is all extra and is a bonus.

I did, but I changed it to higher. I am 5'8 and I haven't been at the weight I am now (154) since early 2009. I forgot what I looked like at this weight. And I actually would be fine at this weight , if I had to. But I want to lose 9 more pounds just to tone up more. I had the goal set at 135. Then I realized that is…
